PREMIUM KALBI BEEF RIBS ~ MARINATED

One of the most popular backyard Korean BBQ, Kalbi means “rib” and uses a simple but delicious marinade of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar.

These long and tender strips of beef which can be trimmed from the bone after cooking, but true Kalbi lovers won’t hesitate to chew on the delicious cartilage as well.

WAGYU OYSTER BLADE ~ 7‑8 MARBLE SCORE

Simply put, Korean BBQ lovers order oyster blade for its maximum flavour profile. While not quite as tender as our other cuts, our highly marbled oyster blade is an excellent compromise for those prioritising flavour and preferring a slightly firmer texture.

For those wanting the juiciest Korean BBQ beef possible, our Wagyu marbled meat is definitely the right choice. These pieces are individually selected for maximum fat content, ensuring nothing but buttery melt-in-your-mouth goodness.

WAGYU INSIDE SKIRT ~ 9+ MARBLE SCORE

Also known for its bold flavour profile, this medium-softness belly cut is often overlooked. Not to be confused with tougher non-wagyu variants, this cut offers terrific value and contrast to more tender meats. 

WAGYU KARUBI PLATE ~ 9+ MARBLE SCORE

Extracted from the brisket, Karubi is a very high quality cut with substantial marbling concentration. Offering an extra dimension of flavour due to connecting tissue, cook for slightly longer to ensure adequate tenderness. 

WAGYU EYE FILLET ~ 8‑9 MARBLE SCORE

The eye fillet needs no introduction, and is undoubtedly the most tender cut of beef available. Our wagyu eye fillet is a great choice for those wanting a less fatty meat without sacrificing softness.

ANGUS CROWN-CUT OX TONGUE

While less common in Australia, ox tongue is an absolute must amongst Korean BBQ aficianados. Using only the highest quality Australian Angus, our ox tongue is simply the best available.

Simply season with salt and cook for just 30 seconds per side to ensure tenderness. Dip in salted sesame oil for a truly authentic experience.
