HOW DO I COOK KOREAN BBQ MEAT?

READY TO EAT IN MINUTES USING ANY STANDARD COOKING PAN

Simply heat some cooking oil over medium-high heat and spread the meat evenly throughout the pan.

Turn each piece once cooked to your liking. Cook Wagyu meats for 30 secs to 1 min per side, and marinated meats for 1-2 mins per side.

Serve with included sides and microwave rice (available separately). Try assembling a lettuce wrap with rice, meat, side vegetables, and dipping sauce.

HOW LONG WILL THE MEAT LAST?

Not only is our meat 100% preservative free, our unique packaging allows for safe refrigeration up to 2‑3 weeks for beef/pork and 1 week for chicken.

Alternatively, meats can be frozen for consumption within 3 months.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

DELIVERED FRESH AND KEPT COLD FOR UP TO 8 HOURS

We deliver every Wednesday and Friday. Our cut-off is 1am two days prior for same week deliveries.  

We always use refrigerated delivery vehicles, and included freezer packs will keep your items cold for up to 8 hours. It’s not necessary for you to be home to accept delivery.

HOW DO CANCELLATIONS WORK?

You’re always free to pause or cancel without charge, just email us with at least 3 business days notice.

There is a two order minimum for the monthly order shipping discount.

Yes all our beef products are derived from grass-finished livestock.

ARE YOUR MEATS CERTIFIED ORGANIC?

WE ONLY WORK WITH VICTORIA'S FINEST 100% GRASS-FED / FREE-RANGE PRODUCERS

We source all beef, pork, chicken, and lamb from suppliers that raise livestock with concern for their wellbeing and environment. Animals are raised within open paddocks and feed on natural grass and/or natural grain with minimised exposure to chemical residue. While not “certified organic” (which is a separate standard), our meats are considered “organic” based on these responsible farming practices in accordance with the Australian rules for domestic organic meat supply.

We genuinely believe that the certification process adds unnecessary expense for little environmental value, and instead choose to simply be prudent regarding which suppliers we work with.
