How do I cook marinated Korean BBQ meat?
Ready to eat in minutes using any standard cooking pan
Simply heat 1-2 tsp of oil in any pan or wok over medium high heat. Once heated, add the entire pack of our marinated meat and allow to sit undisturbed for 4-5 mins (to allow some beautiful charring to occur). Then flip all meat and cook until done to your liking (approx. 3-4 mins).
Once ready, eat immediately with hot rice and pair with typical Korean side-dishes such as kimchi and lettuce.

How long will meats last?
Vacuum seal packaging let's you store for longer
As our meats are 100% free of preservatives, we recommend consumption within 1 week for maximum freshness. However assuming proper refrigeration, vacuum-sealed meats are safe to consume within 2 weeks.
Alternatively, meats can be frozen for consumption within 3 months.

Serving metro and regional Victoria
Our couriers deliver to much of Victoria, including metropolitan Melbourne and major-regional areas.

How does delivery work?
Delivered fresh and kept cold for up to 8 hours
We deliver every Wednesday and Friday. Our cut-off is 11pm three days prior to delivery. We always use carbon-neutral refrigerated delivery vehicles, and included freezer packs will keep your items cold for up to 8 hours.
It’s not necessary for you to be home to accept delivery.

You’re always free to cancel without charge, just email us earlier than 11pm 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery.
