Our Saltbush-Fed Rolled Lamb Leg takes the stress out of a roast. Boneless and tied for even cooking, it goes straight into the oven — no carving around a bone, no uneven slices. The leg is leaner than the shoulder, so it gives you cleaner slices with a more refined lamb flavour, while the saltbush diet adds a subtle savoury complexity underneath. Where is the meat sourced from?

Our lamb comes exclusively from livestock raised and roaming on South Australian farmland in Port Augusta.

No hormones, preservatives, or antibiotics — we stand for supporting local farmers and partner with only a small number sharing our passion for quality — learn how we source

How long will the meat last?

Being 100% free of preservatives, we recommend consumption within 1 week for maximum freshness. However with proper refrigeration, vacuum-sealed beef/pork/lamb is safe to consume within 2-3 weeks and chicken within 1 week.

Alternatively, meats can be frozen for consumption within 3 months.

No need to be home to accept delivery
You’ll receive an estimated timeframe and tracking link via SMS. Our couriers use refrigerated delivery vehicles and the included recyclable thermal liner with freezer pack will keep your items cold for up to 8 hours.

You’re always free to change, postpone or cancel without charge, just email us with at least 3 business days notice.

Subscriptions can be modified via your My Account page and there is a two order minimum for subscription discounts.
