Where is the meat sourced from?

Our Angus beef comes exclusively from grass-fed/finished heifer cattle raised on lush pasture in Gippsland and The Otways, Victoria.

No hormones, preservatives, or antibiotics — we stand for supporting local farmers and partner with only a small number sharing our passion for quality — learn how we source

How long will the meat last?

Being 100% free of preservatives, we recommend consumption within 1 week for maximum freshness. However with proper refrigeration, vacuum-sealed beef/pork/lamb is safe to consume within 2-3 weeks and chicken within 1 week.

Alternatively, meats can be frozen for consumption within 3 months.
